Power Generation with Diesel and Heavy Fuel Oils
With ever-increasing global energy demand and a relatively limited supply of fuel available, power producers are seeking alternative fuel sources to generate power, including crude and residual oils, also commonly named heavy fuel oils. Most of these are contaminated with heavy metals and require pre-combustion fuel treatment as well as frequent cleaning to remove ash and recover lost performance.

Due to the prolonged use of the engines in  generators, the accumulation of carbon deposits and incomplete fuel combustion create significant waste and lubricating oil contamination. This results in an estimated 7 percent increase in wasted fuel costs.

Our optimized combustion solutions actually cleans the engine while in normal use increasing perfomances and reducing maintenance.

HPower Oxi-Hidrogen and ηano emulsion solutions, dramatically increase the efficiency of engine generators.

Results vary with operating environment, however we have found Engine Generator fuel savings of 5% ~ 18%. Trial run feedback includes:

  2. Impressive less Hazardous Carbon Emissions (NOx, PM, CO)
  3. The Gradual Increase of Fuel Savings up to 10% over the actual saving (as the engine self cleans because Oxy-Hydrogen)
